**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare and maintain project / job schedule for internal staff as well as sub-contractors
- Answer customer service calls and walk-ins
- Register Customer Service tasks in ERP system
- Prepare, format, and edit Service Call Requests and other documents
- Draft sales orders and prepare commercial invoices
- Maintain electronic documentation regarding sales orders and invoices
- Support credit card documentation
- Liaise with the bookkeeper/accountant regarding orders and invoices
- Assist with organization and coordination of the office
- General office duties
- Other administrative functions as needed
**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Experience with scheduling of construction crews and sub-contractors
- A well-organized customer focus and sense of urgency when responding to customer enquiries is a must
- Experience in office administration (Office Administration program is an asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience with an ERP system is an asset
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and motivation
- Fluency in English at the level of a native speaker (verbal & written English)
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- High level of independence and productivity
- Valid driver’s license and Canadian passport
**SALARY**
- Based on experience and skillsets.
- Plus commission per The Louis Program
