**We are looking for a Sales Representative**
**RAM**, Rope Access Maintenance Inc, is a premium Rope Access construction services provider located within Toronto, Ontario. **RAM** provides Construction, Maintenance and Inspection services throughout Canada.

**Description**:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for executing strategic sales plans, identifying growth opportunities, nurturing new leads, expanding and maintaining a network of sources, and achieving sales targets through business-to-business interactions. The role involves travel throughout the Province and Canada from time to time for company representation at tradeshows, new client meetings, and conferences. We are seeking a focused, well organized, proactive and results-driven individual to join our high performance sales team. You will be an integral part of our sales operations, providing essential support to our executive staff and estimation team.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
**Lead & Revenue Generation**
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics and refine lead generation strategies accordingly.
- Utilize Cloud CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions, leads, and sales pipelines, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for effective communication and follow-up.
- Optimize lead nurturing processes to convert leads into customers effectively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold calling pending client specific approaches.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers in collaboration with the estimation team.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance lead generation efforts.
**Market Analysis & Sales Strategy**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target demographics, industry trends, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of current strategies and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts, establishing rapport and building relationships to facilitate sales opportunities.
- Customize sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to address the unique needs and challenges of prospective clients, positioning products or services as solutions.
- Collaborate with company management to ensure effective product positioning and uniformed messaging.
- Collaborate with company management to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Leverage technology and social media for new business development.
- Provide regular updates and reports on market analysis findings, sales performance, and strategy effectiveness to sales managers and leadership teams, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
**Support Estimation Workflows**
- Collaborate with the estimation department to gather accurate and detailed project requirements from clients, ensuring comprehensive understanding of their needs.
- Liaise between clients and the estimation team to clarify project scope, address inquiries, and resolve potential discrepancies, ensuring alignment between client expectations and project proposals.
- Assist in the preparation of sales quotes, proposals, and bid packages by providing relevant sales data, customer insights, and market intelligence to enhance competitiveness and win rates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as sales managers, engineers, and project managers to gather necessary input and collaborate on proposal development, leveraging cross-functional expertise.
- Maintain detailed records of client communications, project requirements, and sales activities in CRM systems such as Hubspot.
