La Cheffe de produit Principal, qui rejoindra le service Ad-Tech de Mistplay, jouera un rôle clé pour définir, soutenir et faire évoluer nos offres de produits publicitaires. Tu collaboreras avec d'autres équipes Produit et avec les principales parties concernées afin d'identifier et de hiérarchiser les initiatives clés qui permettront la croissance de notre activité. Rattachée au vice-président Produit, Ad Tech, tu auras la responsabilité d'élaborer la stratégie pour notre produit Performance Advertising (publicité à la performance) actuel, et tu définiras la vision pour les collaborateurs et les parties prenantes, ainsi que pour ta propre équipe de chefs de produits en pleine expansion.

The Lead Product Manager within Mistplay’s Ad Tech department will play a key role defining, underpinning, and maturing our ad product offerings. You will work cross-functionally across other Product teams and with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize key initiatives to grow our business. You will be reporting to the VP of Product, Ad Tech. Your role will be accountable for our existing Performance Advertising product strategy, and set the vision for collaborators and stakeholders, as well as your own growing team of Product Managers.

- Travailler en partenariat avec nos équipes Science des données et Analyses pour fournir des solutions publicitaires efficaces et axées sur les données ;
- Entretenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes de nos équipes commerciales ;
- Assumer la responsabilité des principaux indicateurs de performance à partir desquels nos clients mesurent le succès ;
- Trouver le juste équilibre entre les priorités à court et à long terme et la prise de décision permettant de piloter une activité dynamique et en pleine croissance.

**Profil recherché**:

- 8 ans d'expérience minimum en gestion de produits, de préférence à des niveaux de responsabilité croissants ;
- Expérience de l'élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de produits Performance Advertising efficaces ;
- 2 ans d'expérience minimum en encadrement de personnel ;
- Sens de la technique, approche logique et pragmatique de la résolution de problèmes et de la communication ;
- Connaissance approfondie de l'écosystème Ad-Tech mobile ;

- Own and evangelize our Performance Advertising product strategy
- Lead and grow a team of Product Managers
- Identify new advertising opportunities across the Mistplay ecosystem
- Engage and coordinate with Product and Engineering collaborators to deliver a cohesive roadmap
- Partner with our Data Science and Analytics teams to deliver effective and data driven advertising solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in our commercial teams
- Be accountable for key performance metrics our clients measure success against
- Balance near term and long term priorities and decision making to navigate a dynamic and growing business

**What you’ll bring to Mistplay**:

- 8+ years experience in Product Management, preferably with increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience building and delivering effective Performance Advertising products
- 2+ years prior people management experience
- Technical acumen, logical and pragmatic approach to problem solving and communication
- Deep understanding of the mobile Ad Tech ecosystem
- Bachelor Degree in relevant fields, with a preference for those having a passion for research (masters or phd a plus)
