We are actively looking for a:
**IT Project Manager**

**About the Role**:
A versatile IT Project Manager who will not only lead our ERP system implementation but also manage various IT projects, ranging from cloud migrations, cybersecurity enhancements, to digital transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal for driving our strategic goals and ensuring operational excellence across different technology domains.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and maximize efficiency.
- Continuously monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, adjusting as needed to meet project goals.
- Proactively identify and address cross-functional project interdependencies, issues, and risks.
- Communicate regularly with senior management and all team members about project schedules, updates, and necessary adjustments.
- Define clear project objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for evaluating success.
- Coordinate with multi-site development teams or external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for experience in full-cycle ERP implementation.
- Proven project management experience, especially in ERP projects from start to finish
- Must be able to obtain and hold a security clearance
- Knowledge of product development, including experience with high-tech or telecom products, focusing on operational efficiency and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client relations; proficiency in both French and English preferred.
- Skilled in various project management tools and methodologies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation, software development, and data analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a capability to preempt and resolve issues effectively
- Demonstrated leadership and change management skills, capable of driving diverse teams towards project milestones and success.
