**About the role**

You will assist the Warehouse Manager and Supervisors by providing support to internal and external customers. You will be responsible for daily and periodic reporting on warehouse operations and providing various reports to the Warehouse Manager. You will perform Track and Trace, monitor carrier performance, determine product placement within the warehouse, adjust Kronos and act as the Customer Service point of contact for the warehouse.

**What will I do?**
- Compile and distribute daily performance reports for Operations Manager
- Perform Track and Trace and deal with carrier performance issues
- Available to assist other departments within the CFC
- Assist Distribution Managers, Supervisors on new and existing project implementations
- Organizing and filing of LTL Probills and Air waybills
- Maintain proper control and stock levels of internal use products and reorder as required
- Maintain associate attendance register and vacation requests
- Other projects as assigned by the CFC Manager
- Determine product placement based on product movement history and velocity
- Meet with Management on a daily basis to review cost-to-serve, productivity, labour hours, safety metrics, and projects
- Adjust Kronos settings as required (i.e. schedules, supervisor set up, rounding of punch in/out times, accruals, input new employees and terminate, etc.)

**What qualifications do I need?**
- Secondary School Completion
- 3 to 4 years related experience in dealing with all Departments of the Distribution Center
- Organizational skills, knowledge and experience of MS Office (particularly strong Excel skills) and HFA are a must
- Requires ability to work independently while communicating important issues to the Distribution Manager
- Ability to prioritize and work simultaneously on a variety or projects and issues within an atmosphere of constant interruption
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
