**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily processing, reconciliation and filing of cash receipts.
- Timely and accurate preparation of monthly customer invoices.
- Collection and reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Ad-hoc reporting or other billing-related tasks as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma with a concentration on accounting/finance.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Technical aptitude to learn new technologies.
- Proven leadership and assertiveness.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Focused attention to detail.

**Additional assets include**:

- Experience using SAP or similar accounting software.
- Previous experience working in a multi-currency environment.
- Previous billing experience would be a significant asset.

**Salary Range**: $45,000 to $50,000 CAD plus bonus “Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have. Similar positions located in different geographic regions will not necessarily receive the same compensation.”

**Location**: Waterloo; This position may require occasionally the employee to come to the Waterloo office. #LI- Hybrid
