**Key Areas of Responsibility**
Reporting to the Team Lead of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will be overseeing the planning, implementation and tracking of all projects assigned to you across the different divisions of the organization. This role requires an individual with strong organizational, problem solving, time management, technical and communication skills. This individual will have customer-facing and sales support responsibilities so customer skills are a must. The Project Coordinator responsibilities include the following:
- Develops and maintains schedules and milestones, ensures effective and efficient resource allocation
- Reports and escalates project risks and issues to Leadership as needed
- Handles the overall wellbeing of client’s experience while managing multiple projects
- Answers client’s questions in a timely manner
- Organizes and creates material and presentations for, and participates in, client and stakeholder meetings to ensure the success of the project
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation and/or templates; follows and ensures compliance with standard operating procedures as much as possible and creates new procedures when required
- Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Takes on tasks and responsibilities that might otherwise hinder or distract technicians from their work, like contacting vendors, completing non-technical tasks such as client interviews and non-technical documentation
- Other duties as required
**Skill & Knowledge Requirements**
We're flexible but these are a must:
- Relevant post-secondary education ideally achieved to degree level equivalent experience in a related field
- Experience working with business to business clients - ability to influence, persuade and create positive client relationships
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Possess qualities such as integrity, fair mindedness, and a persuasive, congenial personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Drive and energy to achieve desired results
- Excellent problem solving / decision making skills
