**Responsibilities**:

- Working with First Nation communities and Municipal clients on a variety of infrastructure, environmental, energy, and planning projects.
- Writing technical and planning reports utilizing data collected and analyzed in Microsoft Suite programs.
- Leading community and client engagement, including developing and delivering presentations.
- Preparing reports, proposals, and other documentation within allotted schedules and budgets.
- Coordinating task or project delivery schedules, handling project logistics, assisting with budget tracking and invoicing, and serving as a point person for team members or clients.
- Clearly and concisely conveying information to clients and peers regarding complex projects.
- Utilizing Microsoft and other programs pertaining to data management, input, and analysis.
- Contribute constructively and cooperatively to solve project and team issues.
- Support senior project management staff on various projects.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of five (5) or more years of relevant Environmental or Planning project management experience in Canada.
- A post-secondary education in Environmental, Planning, or similar background.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and organize large amounts of data/information.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced challenging environment and maintain multiple responsibilities and deadlines, while working in a team or independently.
- Self-starter with strong research skills and the ability to convey new ideas and opportunities to others.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be willing to travel throughout Ontario to visit communities as needed and requested by clients. Travel includes more northern and potentially remote locations.
