**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Reporting to the VP, Talent & Services, the Talent Coordinator will support all people-related functions at Highstreet and play an integral role in building the teams that build our Carbon Free Homes.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct and support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screen resumes and conduct pre-screening interviews, schedule interviews, conduct telephone reference checks, etc.
- Coordinate all on-boarding and off-boarding functions.
- Assist with learning and development initiatives.
- Develop relationships with recruiters, schools, and any other party that can help advance our recruitment efforts.
- Manage information in HRIS systems, including database, electronic and paper files.
- Prepare, review, and edit a wide variety of correspondence, reports and communications that at times are time sensitive and/or confidential.

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**

**Required experience**/qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in human resources and knowledge of related legislation.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience with recruitment in construction industry an asset.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams.
- Able to handle confidential information ethically and professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and to establish priorities for own workload based upon need for immediate action, work objectives and schedules.
- Adaptability in the face of change and willingness to learn.
- Satisfactory background (criminal record and credit) check.
