This position will support a diverse group of individuals and their teams within the commercial team. As an Administrative Assistant on this team, you will use your experience and skills to perform complex administrative duties with mínimal supervision. **Responsibilities - What You Will Do**:

- Perform a wide range of specialized and administrative duties in support of our commercial teams - duties will be multi-faceted, therefore, excellent professional skills are vital for this role.
- Supports the Western Canadian Leadership team.
- Coordinates and tracks a variety of technical administrative or program specific information. Applies technical skills and program knowledge to organize, analyze, monitor or disseminate information.
- Serves as key information resource to the department or work unit and manages information flow within the assigned group and across other department or business unit. Answers questions or follows up with responses to questions. Stays abreast of pertinent issues and advises management of their status.
- Completes special projects which require research and analysis of information. May require the coordination of various aspects of the overall project and participation on teams.
- Answers and screens incoming calls to provide information and direct calls to appropriate staff. Requires a thorough knowledge of department or work groups and an ability to interpret policies, procedures and practices within the assigned areas.
- Attends and participates in departmental meetings. May organize, provide input, take minutes, and distribute information.
- May assist in the preparation and maintenance of the department budget and related program expenses.
- Composes and prepares internal and external correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations. Proofreads for content and typographical errors and supplies correct spelling, punctuation and grammar as needed.
- Establishes and maintains files, reports, and other hard copy or computerized information related to departmental operations. Information may be highly confidential. Coordinate and schedule travel and meeting arrangements.
- Build and leverage Central Administrative Services personnel by attending all administrative meetings and training sessions
- Other duties as assigned.

- Minimum education of a high school diploma/equivalent
- An organization guru Handling multiple priorities and deadlines? No problem You can effectively manage your time and resources to achieve consistent results
- Ability to research, problem solve, and make recommendations for solutions to issues.
- Work independently, professionally, and collaboratively with internal and external partners.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant education and/or experience.
- You have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to effectively coordinate across the organization.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintain commitment to deadlines
- You conduct yourself professionally with tact and discretion. You exemplify high ethical behavior and know how to maintain total confidentiality with sensitive information.
- You have excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

**Preferences - It Would Be Great If You Have**:

- Bachelors or Associates degree in business or other related field
- SAP & Workday experience.
- Experience with budgets and expense reports.
- Minimum 3-5 year experience in administrative field
