ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Territory Account Manager, you are essential to providing key support within our Sales organization. You will mainly be responsible for managing customer accounts with both regional and national convenience & gas store chains within Canada.
You will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory in Greater Montreal by increasing and maintaining product volume, adding new points of distribution, establishing and maintaining relationships with our C&G partners, including their staff, sales reps, and distributors.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop customer relationships through category, product, and educational awareness in order to drive adult consumer conversion and attachment
Plan, organize, and execute sales strategies and territory plans
Be a leader within the sales team by demonstrating proficiency in business fundamentals & tools
Have ownership of your sales pipeline by nurturing leads and building a plan towards hitting revenue and conversion targets
Operate from a position of confidence and knowledge by understanding our product and educating the end consumer
Work cross-functionally with the sales, operations, and marketing teams to create strategic plans in order to positively impact the growth of the business
Work across internal departments in order to resolve any customer issues in a quick and efficient manner
**Qualifications**:
3+ years experience in retail sales/account management, with strategic account emphasis. Previous experience with FMCG products or C-StoresProven and successful sales management track record
Ability to forecast and communicate volume and spending information
Demonstrates strategic thinking, problem solving, and can prioritize competing demands within C&G retailers and internally
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and ability to drive category leadership sales execution
Consistent track record of achieving both personal and team goals
Enthusiasm for increasing customer satisfaction and developing customer relationships

En tant que Gérant de Territoire, vous êtes essentiel pour fournir un soutien clé au sein de notre organisation de vente. Vous serez principalement responsable de la gestion des comptes de clients régionaux.
Vous serez responsable de la gestion et de la croissance d'un territoire assigné à Montréal et les environs, maintenir/ augmenter le volume de produits, ajouter des nouveaux points de distribution, établir et maintenir les relations avec des clients clés, y compris leur personnel, leurs représentants de vente et leurs distributeurs. Les responsabilités du poste peuvent également inclure l'amélioration du service à la clientèle, l'élaboration d'un plan de vente, le suivi des coûts, la compilation de données et la création de présentations des résultats. De solides compétences en communication et en gestion de comptes sont indispensables pour ce poste, ainsi que la capacité de voyager.
Responsabilités
Développer les relations avec les détaillants, leur offrir une explication complète de nos produits, la sensibilisation de la catégories, et l'éducation au personnel de vente
Planifier, organiser et exécuter des stratégies de vente dans votre territoire
Être un “leader” au sein de l'équipe en démontrant sa maîtrise des stratégie de ventes
Maîtrisez votre pipeline de ventes et la gestion des comptes prospects, avec le but d’augmenter les ventes ainsi que le territoire
Agir à partir d'une position de confiance envers les détaillants, en démontrant vos connaissances de nos produits et en éduquant leurs équipes
Travailler de manière interfonctionnelle avec les équipes des ventes, des opérations et du marketing pour créer des plans stratégiques afin d'avoir un impact positif sur la croissance de l'entreprise
Travailler avec nos équipes internes afin de résoudre tous problèmes de manière rapide et efficace

**Qualifications**:
Baccalauréat en Développement des affaires, en Gestion ou dans un domaine similaire
3+ ans d'expérience dans la vente au détail/gestion de comptes
Capacité de prévoir et communiquer des informations sur le volume et les dépenses
Fait preuve de réflexion stratégique, de résolution de problèmes et peut hiérarchiser les demandes concurrentes au sein des détaillants
Très motivé, axé sur les résultats avec une capacité de piloter l'exécution des ventes
Antécédents constants d'atteinte d'objectifs personnels et d'équipe
Enthousiasme pour accroître la satisfaction des clients et développer les relations avec les clients
