**Position Information**:
This role will provide support to the Safety and Conflict Resolution Teams.

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the on-site Safety Office Respiratory Protection Program
- Monitoring inboxes and triaging requests
- Scheduling meetings and taking minutes
- Maintaining and filing electronic documents
- Other administrative and clerical tasks as required

**Rotation/Shifts**:
Days, 8 hours shifts - includes both on-site and remote work.

**What you will bring**:

- College diploma in a related discipline;
- Minimum one (1) year clerical experience;
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Sharepoint;
- Knowledge of hospital policies, rules and regulations;
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times;
- Ability to communicate and deal congenially with people;
- Ability to organize, administer, and maintain paper and electronic systems and databases;
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet changing and tight deadlines as well as regulatory requirements;
- Ability to communicate in both official languages (preferred but not essential);
- Ability to pay close attention to detail when generating or reviewing communications, reports and other documents;
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary meetings and record minutes;
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
