**About Our Opportunity**:
**Primary Accountabilities**:

- Working strategically with industry partners with a continuous improvement mindset to enhance our Grants Management System for user experience and reporting capabilities
- lead quality audits within the Grants Management System and produce related financial reports for senior leadership and program managers
- complete service requests, incident reports, security onboarding/offboarding and annual system upgrades including regular user acceptance testing
- troubleshoot between all integrated systems
- Facilitate training to end-users
- Review client history and profile reports, year-end processing, accountability reporting, briefing materials and other ad-hoc requests

**Qualifications and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you have a post-secondary degree in a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. An acceptable equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.- Assets considered for this position:
- Technical experience working with SAP CRM/Grants Management System and SAP financial software (ECC)
