- Customer service experience (a little is good, a lot is better)
- A positive attitude and love of learning new things.
- Energy to move around all day and work with our amazing customers :)
- To be service minded and want to help people
- Be organized and able to stay on task while being flexible in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to keep and organize files.
- Ability to have a cool head in all situations.
- Fantastic communication and phone skills.
- Ability to solve problems using our policies and procedures as a guide.
- Great computer skills, Google business suite, Microsoft Office, social media platforms, general troubleshooting.
- Service mind set.
- A great sense of humor.

Hotchkiss Home Furnishings has been in Fredericton for 13 years this September

Our purpose is to make the world more comfortable one piece of furniture at a time

We have a second New Brunswick location in Grand Falls and also an online store.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
