En tant que membre de l’équipe Acquisition de talents, vous serez principalement chargée ou chargé de trouver et de recruter les personnes les plus talentueuses pour pourvoir des postes aux centres d’appels de Rogers et de Fido.

Vous donnerez également des conseils sur les tendances du marché et les stratégies de recrutement afin de répondre aux besoins en matière de talents dans les délais appropriés et vous travaillerez à tous les aspects du cycle de recrutement en partenariat avec les gestionnaires d’embauche.

Vous mettrez à profit votre leadership, votre curiosité et votre créativité pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre diverses stratégies visant à attirer les meilleurs talents sur le marché afin d’atteindre les objectifs de recrutement de Rogers Communications.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Trouver, présélectionner, évaluer et recommander les personnes les plus talentueuses en fonction des critères d’emploi, des besoins du gestionnaire d’embauche ou des exigences opérationnelles, et des pratiques exemplaires en matière de RH pour les postes dans les centres d’appel.
- Établir un partenariat avec la clientèle interne afin de comprendre ses objectifs opérationnels de dotation.
- Contribuer à divers projets tactiques et stratégiques spéciaux avec des groupes de clientes et de clients et/ou d’autres membres de l’équipe nationale Acquisition de talents afin de s’assurer que Rogers se démarque par ses méthodes.
- Promouvoir notre marque, former des alliances et représenter l’entreprise auprès d’associations et d’institutions et à des événements, etc.

**Ce que vous apporterez**:

- Bilingue en francais et anglais

Vous possédez au moins un an d’expérience du recrutement dans le cadre de grands projets d’embauche pour des postes de premier échelon ou des services d’une entreprise.
- Vous êtes une ambassadrice ou un ambassadeur : vous possédez des aptitudes pour les relations humaines, vous avez la capacité de nouer des relations solides ainsi que d’excellentes aptitudes pour la communication, et vous voulez offrir une expérience d’embauche positive.

Vous faites preuve d’indépendance, vous avez une attitude qui est axée sur l’action, vous gérez efficacement votre temps et vous possédez de solides compétences organisationnelles.
- Vous savez utiliser des outils technologiques : suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Vous connaissez bien un éventail d’outils de recrutement, de méthodes d’évaluation et de plateformes d’établissement de bassins de main-d’œuvre (connaissance de SuccessFactors, un atout).
- Vous détenez un diplôme d’études supérieures en ressources humaines, en relations industrielles, en administration/marketing ou toute combinaison jugée pertinente (préférable).
