**OVERVIEW**

**Project Management and Administrations Responsibilities**
- Assist in coordinating the development of clients' lands, through acquiring the necessary approvals from respective government officials (Secondary Plans, Draft Plans, Site Plans, etc.)
- Assist in the preparation and review of Land Owner Groups Funding & Trust Agreements, Cost Sharing Agreements, Work Plans, and consultant proposals and contracts
- Project manage the design, approval and construction process of large scale projects
- Prepare project documentation including meeting minutes, agendas, and schedules
- Work directly with President and other senior staff to ensure the profitability of the company

**Financials Responsibilities**
- Working directly with the CFO to prepare financial reports for project related matters, Project Budgets, HST/ITC Reports, and project budgets and cash-flow schedules
- Assist in cost estimation and land evaluation, including proforma preparation
- Coordinate with 3rd party lenders and financial institution to facilitate project financing

**Planning and Engineering Related Responsibilities**
- Conducting due diligence studies to understand potential opportunities for land development, and assisting with acquisition of land
- Review of technical reports (Environmental Site Assessment Reports, Geo-technical Report, Functional Servicing Reports, Stormwater Management Report, and other reports as required) prior to formal submission to the Approval Authority
- Coordinate the design and implementation of community infrastructure (Roads, Pedestrian Bridges, Sanitary Pumping Stations, Stormwater Management Ponds, Parks, etc.)
- Attendance at Local and Regional Committee and Council meeting during and outside working hours as needed

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
