**Responsibilities**:
We are hiring a full-time Project Manager with 3-5 years experience working for a company in a similar role.The Project Manager will oversee the complete job from start to finish.
- Manage projects from beginning to end.
- Solve problems.
- Write detailed reports.
- Handle communications with senior management and clients.
- Communicate effectively with Adjusters, customers, and our crews to manage the claim from start to finish.
- Participate in developing a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of the project and following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.
- Executes a variety of project management administrative tasks as required.

**SKILLS and ABILITIES**
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on tight deadlines with competing projects
- Self-motivated

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Proficient with Microsoft Project
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office tools, including SharePoint, TEAMS and Excel
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Excellent leadership, organizational, time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as apart of a team
- Accountable, adaptable, strong budget management skills
