We are seeking a highly motivated and organized **Project Manager** to join our team. The **Project Manager** will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a small team.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members to achieve project objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with some travel required monthly for overseas sales events with the team.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are understood and executed effectively.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Monitor project performance and KPIs, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, providing leadership and guidance to project team members.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization to enhance project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to project management.
- Act as a key point of contact for project-related inquiries, escalations, and resolutions
- Work directly with the President of the company to align project initiatives with overall business strategy and objectives.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
