Position Summary
- The Manager will be instrumental in developing and executing organizational development programming that supports and aligns with the organization’s strategic plan. The Manager will create and deliver components of the strategy founded on leading practices (LEAN, Leader Standard Work) to drive a positive culture and overall learning experience throughout the organization. Consistent processes, education and ongoing support to consider quality at the center of work will create sustainable ways to work. In this dynamic and visible role, the Manager will act as a champion for integrated thinking, a supporter of creating an environment for learning, be a change agent, and coach.
- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads organizational design reviews across the business for optimization of people, process and technology
- Acts as the focal point for cross-organizational reach and credibility for an integrated program of change management supporting communications across the organization and its strategic plan to enhance behavior change
- Leads change management projects and works directly with business leaders and senior management to ensure they are actively and visibly supporting the change management initiatives throughout in alignment with corporate priorities from a people perspective
- Develops a consistent approach and execution of change management framework and roadmap, methodology, tools, systems and processes, and ongoing maturity model and measurements with people at the center of work
- Promotes effective communication across the organization and organizational change maturity in collaboration with the quality, communications and PMO teams.
- Assesses and develops the internal capability and change readiness, monitors and champions change adoption across the hospital in relation to skills, abilities and will of team members
- Defines, develops, evolves and promotes organizational change management strategies in partnership with all teams across the hospital
- Leads the design, development and delivery of programs that drive organizational change for improved business outcomes and organizational readiness with quality in mind
- Utilizes leading change management processes to develop change integration plans and design partnership models with appropriate linkages to ensure effective alignment and optimal collaboration across business units.
- Advises leadership on successful change management approaches, risk mitigation and lessons learned from industry best practices.
- Collaborates with leaders to build change management capabilities and integrate change management initiatives with strategic programs to develop and successfully implement organizational designs, transition and implementation plans.
- Develops and implements new and innovative workforce solutions to enhance the employee experience
- Monitors and evaluates progress of workplans and assesses the impact of the initiatives and programs in achieving stated objectives and outcomes aligned to an overall people strategy and corporate priorities.
- Responsible for regular reporting on achievement of objectives/outcomes
- Ensures ongoing high-quality delivery of key organizational development programs and functions through regular monitoring and assessment
- Ensures organizational development programs positively impacts employee experience with ways to measure for a check and balance for impact
- Promotes and facilitates collaboration with key partners in organization and regionally as appropriate.

- Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources and/or Business-related programs. Graduate degree preferred
- Professional certification (CHRP/CHRL) desirable
