Monarchy Build is a construction company servicing the Ottawa area and we are looking for a full-time office manager to join our team The position is full-time with office hours of Monday - Friday: 9:00 - 5:00 pm. Our office is located at 1891 Merivale Rd.

**Office assistants will carry out the following functions as part of their employment**:

- Devote 100% effort and attention while working throughout the entire day
- Answering calls politely and professionally with exceptional customer service in mind at all times
- Create, update, and maintain lead and customer information every time an employee communicates with a customer
- Input any notes as needed, update fields as needed, and track and record metrics and job milestones
- Retrieve technician's hours, log them and create paystubs for payroll
- Responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations (successfulness of the office by means of customer communication and efficiency as well as customer satisfaction)
- Be flexible in this position and must be prepared to undertake other administrative work as may be assigned by the employer from time to time. The employer may assign particular or additional management, administrative, or clerical tasks to you from time to time. Such work may be outside the area of your normal duties.
- Manage multiple streams of information, handle many different tasks, and strive to prioritize in order to make the most efficient use of time
- The employee must demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and exceptional organizational skills
- The employee will work alongside the sales team to create on-site assessments and estimates based on our client's needs.

- Confident in answering telephone calls and responding to client requests - in a friendly, professional manner
- Excellent typing skills
- Ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and willing to do what is necessary for the company
- Attention to detail
- Friendly and outgoing personality - good with clients - both adults and children
- Anticipate problems and seek solutions ahead of time
- Comfortable delegating tasks and making sure all jobs are completed properly
- Must be able to communicate in perfect English
