Ottawa, Canada Waterford Senior Living Full time

Family Owned and Operated Retirement Residence seeking an organized individual to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include managing the general office, reception staff and all accounting procedures of the residence.

Duties will also include preparing HR files and HR administration. Previous experience in a health care setting with seniors is an asset.
- Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Working with the management team to oversee budgets, monitor spending, and timely accurate processing of payroll
- Accounts receivable and payable processing, Payroll ( ADP) and experience with Yardi is an asset, employee scheduling experience
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills with bilingual in french & english as an asset
- Communicate with residents and family members regarding billing and accounts receivable
- General office and administrative support to the Executive Director

Administrative Manager Requirements:

- Diploma in office administration, management, or related accounting/bookkeeping field.
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and excel
- Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with RHRA, human resources, and customer service procedures.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
