**Mission (propre au poste)**

Relevant du directeur, Soutien aux ventes - Courtiers, la personne titulaire du poste est responsable de l’exécution exacte et efficace des tâches connexes ci-dessous:

- Répondre avec efficacité et précision aux demandes de renseignements (reçues par téléphone ou par courriel). Les questions portent habituellement sur la rémunération, les conseils et les processus de vente, la formation sur les produits et les connaissances générales nécessaires pour que le courtier puisse offrir notre produit à ses emprunteurs.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les courtiers pour mieux comprendre et anticiper leurs besoins afin de résoudre leurs problèmes.
- Prendre la situation en main et assurer un suivi auprès des courtiers et des fonctions connexes de l’entreprise jusqu’à ce que les problèmes soient résolus.
- Transmettre à un échelon supérieur ou faciliter les demandes de renseignements non résolues ou qui ne relèvent pas de l’autorité du titulaire de ce poste ou de l’équipe.
- Veiller à ce que les accords juridiques conclus entre l’entreprise et les courtiers (ou les prêteurs) soient signés, autorisés et classés dans le système de gestion des relations conformément aux normes de service.
- Veiller à ce que le dépistage et l’intégration soient effectués avec exactitude et efficacité, conformément aux processus actuels.
- Établir les dossiers des courtiers et des prêteurs dans les systèmes de gestion des relations avec exactitude et efficacité, conformément aux procédures et à la formation reçue.
- Connaître et comprendre les procédures de Manuvie ainsi que former et aider les courtiers en cette matière.
- Travailler de façon collaborative et efficace au sein de l’entreprise et des équipes interfonctionnelles afin de répondre aux besoins des clients et de l’entreprise.
- Avoir ou obtenir son permis d’assureur vie (désignation PQPAV) dans un délai convenu.

**Expérience**
- Il est souhaitable d’avoir un permis d’assureur vie (PQPAV) ou être en mesure de l’obtenir dans les six mois suivant l’entrée en fonction.
- Capacité démontrée à suivre les procédures documentées en place pour les tâches quotidiennes (une fois la formation terminée).

**Compétences techniques**
- Bilingue en Anglais et Francais
- Maîtrise des programmes courants comme Excel, Word, PowerPoint et Lotus Notes.
- Grande expérience positive de la saisie de données dans des programmes de gestion des relations avec la clientèle (GRC), comme Salesforce et BRMS (Maximizer).
- Connaissance de Litmos, de Neovation et de DocuSign un atout.
- Grande énergie et solide orientation client.
- Attitude axée sur les solutions.
- Solide esprit d’analyse et solides compétences en résolution de problèmes.
- Excellent sens de l’organisation et expérience en établissement des priorités et en gestion du temps.
- Autonomie avec un minimum de conseils pratiques de la part du chef de section en ce qui concerne la portée du poste ou la planification du travail.
- Titulaire d’un permis d’assureur vie ou disposé à l’obtenir.
- Capacité à établir des priorités et à gérer de nombreuses priorités et échéances.
- Maîtrise de la saisie de données.
- De l’expérience dans la vente est un atout.
- De préférence, avoir la volonté d’occuper un poste dans le réseau des ventes.

**Autres points à prendre en considération**
- Il s’agit principalement de travailler à distance et d’offrir des services aux comptes nationaux, donc la flexibilité dans les heures de travail est souhaitée - quart de travail exigé : de 11 h à 19 h (HE), du lundi au vendredi.
- La personne recherchée apportera son soutien au reste du Canada et sera de préférence parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais) pour aider le marché du Québec.
- Elle devra être en mesure d’aménager un bureau à domicile : Internet haute vitesse et forfait cellulaire illimité ou ligne téléphonique résidentielle.
