**Job Title: Part-Time Social Media Executive

**Location**: Remote, with occasional visits to Mississauga office required

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Social Media Management**: Utilize various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to promote listings, engage with potential clients, and build a strong online presence for our agency. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

2. **Account Management**: Maintain and update social media accounts regularly, ensuring all content is relevant, engaging, and reflective of our brand image.

3. **Client Database Management**: Manage client databases efficiently, organizing and updating client information, preferences, and communication records to facilitate effective client interactions.

4. **Content Creation**: Develop engaging content including posts, articles, videos, and graphics to attract prospective clients and showcase available properties.

5. **Video Creation**: Create high-quality property walkthrough videos, virtual tours, and other visual content to enhance listings and provide clients with comprehensive property views.

6. **Office Visits**: Attend the Mississauga office twice a week for team meetings, training sessions, and collaboration opportunities. These visits are essential for staying updated on company policies, market trends, and networking with colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong social media skills with experience in managing business accounts across various platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software.
- Access to necessary equipment for remote work, including a reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop.

Skills:

- Proficiency in E-commerce and Google Analytics
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts
- Graphic design skills are a plus
- Excellent proofreading abilities

Earning

$1000 fixed income PM + Commission to earn above $5000 PM

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: $2,000.00-$4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
