When we invented the Router Lift in 1999, little did we know that it would create a whole new category in the woodworking industry and that it would be credited as one of the **top innovations in our industry in the past 25 years.** With dealers and customers all over the world, we are constantly growing, which has resulted in our recent move to Moncton, where we have built a **brand new 85,000 sq ft **facility

To support our incredible growth, we are currently hiring for Assembly**.**

**Permanent Full-Time Positions**

**Shifts (40 hours per week)**:
Days - 8am till 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Provide accurate and timely information on order statuses and delivery dates
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Update customer information in the systems as needed
- Provide support to our customers on product questions and concerns
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- All other duties as assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service experience is a must
- Willingness to learn our entire product line and the parts discussed with customers
- Good oral communication skills
- Friendly and Outgoing
- Passion or background in Woodworking (added plus)
- Ability to Read and Understand Assembly drawings
- Organized
- Able to work independently and be self-directed, while functioning as a team member and contributing to company goals.
- Takes direction well
- Willing to assist each customer as best as possible, no matter the situation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
