The opportunity
The Manager Client Solutions Analytics contributes to the overall success of the Business Banking and Personal Banking portfolios in Canada and is accountable to drive profitability analysis and recommendations to drive overall growth strategies, business intelligence, and product / portfolio analytics.
The role will work closely with their leader to support multiple business partners to ensure specific business goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the Bank’s overall business strategy and that all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. This role is a part of the team responsible for contributing in a variety of areas, including but not limited to projects to support business strategy and business cases, preparation for quarterly board reporting and executive packages, variable compensation programs and the regional rewards and recognition programs, portfolio insights, and various acquisition, engagement and retention strategies and campaigns.
Day-to-day activities
Financial and Client Pillar- Optimize the profitability of the Personal and Business banking portfolios by analyzing, designing, and executing analytics initiatives to drive revenue growth, including the improvement of client acquisition, engagement and retention through the use of customer data. Recommend initiatives that will accelerate growth, expand our client base, create stickier customers and improve NPS scores- Build enhanced customer and portfolio / product reports and dashboards with a holistic approach across our clients and segments focusing on profitability: NIM, spreads and customer lifetime value measurements- Identify and review strategic issues facing the business and provide analysis, decision support and recommendations for implementation ready strategies and tactics- Support (and with key stakeholders) the development of business cases, financial impact sizing, business modelling and analysis for various strategic initiatives and projects across Personal and Business banking- Support the validation and testing the data accuracy of the FTP roll-out and effectively capture, track, and measure business results, with a strong focus on identifying opportunities for deeper dives and new business prospects- Manage the reporting of the key financial measures and reporting packages for executive leadership, such as “The Metrics that Matter”, Sales Pipeline reporting and Incentive Plans- Develop new reporting and dashboards as required-
