**About the Role**
The purpose of the Marketing, Brand and Media Manager is to develop, establish and maintain Marketing strategies to meet our organizational objectives, including but not limited to, increasing brand awareness and sales through the promotion of Brigholme’s media platforms. The goal of this role is to maintain positive public awareness of the company and its brand. This role will coordinate and implement marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include; public relations, creation of client facing material, social media, the development of the company’s marketing program, utilizing sales tools and targeted messaging that positions and directs product/services and information toward prospective and competitively held customers.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Create Brand Awareness**
- Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, including digital, social, print, and physical presence
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure that all content (marketing materials, packaging, etc.) aligns with brand standards
**Develop and support Social Media Strategies**
- Understand and utilize all current and major social networking platforms to promote the Company’s brand and culture
**Drip Marketing Campaigns**
- Through support of our manufacturing partners, create promotions and communiques
- Understand the needs of the prospective customer and create materials, incorporating the strategic similarities in goals between the Company and prospective clients
**Public Relations**
- Attend Brigholme Social events
- Enhance the companies voice and presence through online and offline channels
- Create company announcements
- Manage media relations and requests
**Support Tenders and Bids**
- Maintain Electronic Library of material that can be used for bids
- Attend Bid Meetings and support on tenders as required
- Create interactive content where necessary to supplement the bid submissions where needed
**Provide Sales with Creative Support**
- Engage with manufacturers to integrate, learn and maintain current with the Furniture Industry
- Ownership/Shared Ownership of My Resource Library
- Ownership/Shared Ownership of Ceros - Presentation Platform
- Coordinate Demo Product requests for the Sales team/clients
- Create presentation/event material, as required, for the Strategic Sales Team
**Website Management**
**Required Skills and Knowledge**:
- Bachelor/Diploma of Business Administration: Marketing concentration
- Professional and functional knowledge of business operations, sales, and marketing processes, and proposal development processes related to the office furniture industry; specific knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services and proposal submittals
- Technical knowledge of communications and media - knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods (including social media platforms). This includes ways to inform and present via written, oral, visual and digital mediums
- Customer-focused - discovering what is important to the customer (internal and external) and responding to it
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress
- Demonstrating detail orientation and analytical thinking, understanding the importance of doing quality work, adhering to the standard to prevent errors
- Understanding of the following Software: Microsoft 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, CRM Tool, Google Analytics, Google Ads and SEM Rush
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Must work effectively with Senior-level executives and staff
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven strategic thinking skills, initiative and creativity
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with little to no supervision. Understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
