The Business Development department is the tip of the spear and generates qualified demonstrations for our team of Sales Executives. You will coach, hire and train a team of 14 and growing business development representatives to become the best version of themselves.

The Business Development department is also where many sales professionals start their career within SiteDocs, you will be instrumental in helping prepare them for their desired career progression. **What you will do as a **_Business Development Manager_**?**
- Attract, hire and retain top talent
- Develop a continue and growing pool of business development representatives
- Onboarding and ramp up new employees
- Provide coaching to increase the effectiveness of your team members
- Create and launch new training courses within our Learning Management System
- Complete weekly scorecards for each team member and meet with them to review
- Listen to calls daily to suggest team strategy changes
- Run daily team stand-up meetings to rally your team around winning
- Ensure all callers meeting revenue targets
- Create and modify cadences according to best results
- Present results to leadership on a weekly basis

**Helpful Qualifications and Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience as an outbound business development representative
- Proven track record of coaching business sales professionals to success
- Experience creating urgency and educating on a value proposition
- Proven experience meeting/exceeding targets as an individual contributor and leader
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar (SalesLoft and Gong experience an asset)
- Software sales experience is an asset
- Experience developing and delivering sales training is an asset
