We are currently seeking a part-time Event Manager to oversee our course operations, coordinate event setup on the day of, manage event materials, control on-site activities, and ensure the safety and well-being of our students. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required for this position, and Mandarin language skills are preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise course operations and ensure they run smoothly
- Coordinate and oversee event setup on the day of
- Manage event materials and ensure their safekeeping
- Control on-site activities and ensure they are executed according to plan
- Monitor student safety and well-being during events
- Drive to and from events as needed
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking participants as necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in event management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Passion for creating memorable experiences for students
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
