This is a full-time position in our Montreal North office. Working directly with our Purchasing Manager, the role includes (not limited to) the following:
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating with overseas teams and partners (suppliers, freight forwarders, etc) to keep track of purchasing activities
- Data Entry of various transactions to our ERP System (NetSuite)
- Ocean Freight Bills
- Factory Deposits and Bills
- Customs and Duty Bills
- Coordinating the inbound of inventory with 3PL warehouses
Qualifications:
- Understanding of the overseas manufacturing process
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook and experience with any ERP is an asset
- Detail oriented and organized
- Strong communication skills with internal and external parties
- Knowledge of Mandarin, an asset

Responsabilités
- Coordination avec les équipes et les partenaires à distance (fournisseurs, transitaires, etc.) afin d'assurer le suivi des activités d'achat.
- Saisie des données de diverses transactions dans notre système ERP (NetSuite)
- Factures de transport international
- Dépôts et factures d'usine
- Factures de douane et de droits de douane
- Coordination de l'entrée des stocks avec les entrepôts 3PL.
Qualifications:
- Compréhension du processus de fabrication à l'étranger
- Connaissance avancée d'Excel, d'Outlook et expérience avec n'importe quel ERP est un atout.
- Souci du détail et sens de l'organisation
- Solides compétences en matière de communication avec les parties internes et externes
- Connaissance du mandarin, un atout
