- Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate offers from suppliers, determine contract terms and conditions, and establish delivery schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Logistics and Operations: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including transportation and inventory management.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the procurement process.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English or French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Work Environment: Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with tight deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.
