**Your role as **Rehabilitation Consultant role at Optima**

Dialogue is looking for a Rehab Consultant on our Optima team to take part in our mission to help people improve their well-being. Reporting to the Rehabilitation manager, the mission of the Rehabilitation Consultant is to implement programs to help employees return to work in the best possible conditions and timeframe.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Working closely with individuals with physical and/or psychological limitations as well as with the employer, insurer, physicians and various health professionals to develop and implement rehabilitation programs
- Conducting interviews with all stakeholders to develop effective action plans and reduce absenteeism costs while helping workers return to work
- Increasing the functional abilities of workers and provide direction to cases requiring rehabilitation expertise
- Objectively and succinctly documenting all activities and communications related to a case, organizing notes, letters and other written documentation
- Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Full time availability
- University studies in a field related to rehabilitation, or health sciences (counselling, occupational therapy, psychology, psycho-education, nursing, etc)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the rehabilitation, insurance or related field
- Excellent command of French and English
