**What will I be doing?**

A Spyce Lounge Server ensures that the overall dining experience of our guests exceeds their expectations by attending to their needs. This Team Member must adhere to dining room service guidelines at all times and ensure that all Guests feel cared for, valued and respected. A Spyce Lounge Server will assist Guests with any requests in a calm and professional manner and take ownership of Guest issues when they arise. All Servers will also ensure that their section of the restaurant is fully attended to for the duration of their shift; this includes stocking tables, and bussing (when needed).

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 years' experience serving in a fast-paced restaurant setting

**Skills**
- Strong Guest service skills
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume business
- Ability to work well within a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts

**Requirements**:

- Smart Serve Certification
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel’s satisfaction.

**Physical Demands**
- Must be able to lift and carry 10kg
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
