**What will I be doing?**

Specific Guest Service guidelines must be adhered to at all times including providing an exceptional level of service to the Guest. Servers are responsible for dealing with all Guests in a calm and professional manner, while fulfilling their orders and requests. Servers will ensure that all Guests feel cared for, valued and respected. Servers are expected to work at a fast pace and have the ability to multi-task. All **Breakfast at Hilton Servers** will ensure that their section of the restaurant is fully stocked and set-up at the beginning of each shift and will be responsible for their section throughout their shift as well as any other duties assigned by their Supervisor/Manager.

**Experience**
- Serving experience is required

**Skills**
- Strong Guest service skills
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills

**Requirements**:

- Smart Serve required
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel’s satisfaction.

Required to provide a certificate proving completion of the Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers (e-course provided by the Ministry of Labour)

**Physical Demands**
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
