Manager Claims Administration, Accident Benefits

The Claims Administration Manager is responsible for the management and supervision of Accident Benefits CSR staff ensuring prompt and efficient handling of a variety of technical and administrative support services to adjusters. Claims Administration Manager will also be responsible for the day to day operations and departmental strategies in the achievement of regional goals for customer service, productivity and quality.

**You’re great at**:
- People Leadership: you are able to motivate, encourage, and support a team of CSR’s
- Strong understanding of the SABS (Statutory_ Accident Benefits Schedule)_
- Customer Experience
**You have**:
- Post-secondary school education College Diploma/University Degree
- Actively pursuing CIP designation an asset
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience within the P&C Insurance industry
- A minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated People Leadership experience
- Strong understanding of the SABS (Statutory_ Accident Benefits Schedule_)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
