_**Royal LePage Atlantic Homestead**_ is looking for an energetic person to fill the role of **Administrative Support.**
The primary duties for this position include support for our agents, clients, management and admin team.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Reception duties - answer telephones, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins
- Process documents, including transaction management
- General office administrative support
- Enter new listing data on the Newfoundland Real Estate Board MLS system
- **Qualifications**:
- High school or equivalent (required)
- Working experience in the real estate industry would be an asset
- Working knowledge of Gmail Suite, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), Canva, and social media.
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone skills
- Punctual, reliable and a desire to learn
(9am - 5pm Monday to Friday)
**Salary**: Dependent on Experience and Qualifications.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
