**How you will make a difference**:
The Art Director is responsible for leading a creative brand development from conceptualization to final production. This role works with a team of Designers, Photographers, and Illustrators to create original print materials, advertising and event signage for the Company.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Brief creative team on new developments
- Review all artwork to ensure brand integration
- Build and research for every project
- Work with Director, Marketing team to review and discuss seasonal direction, colour palettes, art direction and creative concepts
- Manage E-Commerce website daily

**What You’ll Need**:

- Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or related field
- 10 years of professional experience at an agency, retailer, or fashion-orientated environment
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a graphic designer position
- Experience in fashion photography
- Previous retail experience is an asset
- Experience with OSX operating systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in various design programs InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and Quark Express,
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe creative suite, content manager and Magneto
