What You’ll Do
Serve as a trusted advocate for our clients, navigating Personal and Commercial Lines claims with grace and expertise
Provide top-tier technical insights and compassionate advocacy, ensuring our clients feel heard, valued, and supported during their claims journey
Work collaboratively with our dynamic and friendly Claims Team. Together, you’ll develop and deliver innovative, flexible solutions tailored to our clients’ unique needs
Keep our valued Clients and Account Teams in the loop with thoughtful and timely updates. Your advice and guidance will be their north star during the claims process.
Providing guidance to internal teams on the claims process and building knowledge and capability.
Dive into policy wording with a keen eye, analyzing and interpreting the details like a pro to best serve our clients.
Be an active participant in team and client meetings, where your voice matters and your presence makes a difference.
With your meticulous attention to detail, you'llmaintaincrystal-clear and up-to-date electronic claims files through Epic, ensuring a smooth journey for everyone involved
