Spunt & Carin is looking for a Technology Manager to join our team to help manage and solve technological issues and better serve our clients. If you're excited to be part of a dynamic team, Spunt and Carin is a perfect place to get ahead.

**Responsibilities**:

- Installing software components to ensure usability.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshooting connection issues between computers, laptops, printers, and scanners.
- Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
- Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
- Provide technical advice and assistance to office staff as needed.
- Establishing good relationships with all colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in computer and technology management.
- Proficient understanding of Apple products and software.
- Proficient understanding of the Google Workspace platform.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: $32,240.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Westmount, QC H3Z 2N2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Information Technology: 1 year (preferred)
