Quadra Chemicals is currently looking for a Procurement Specialist for our Industrial Chemicals Division. The person will be responsible for placing replenishment orders with existing suppliers to ensure business continuity and enhanced customer experience, while minimizing inventory carrying costs and risk.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Closely monitor customer product demand and pro-actively adjust inventory and procurement levels as needed
- Close communication with our sales team and our product managers
- Placing replenishment orders with suppliers
- Inventory control and monitoring
- Run and analyze several system generated reports
- Help and make informed inventory and purchasing decisions
- Data entry in different platforms (Oracle / JD Edwards, Excel, Salesforce, etc.)
- Cross reference quality documents on incoming material to support our quality program
- Assist the product managers to analyze the sales and market trends
- Establish and maintain good relationships with our worldwide suppliers
- Manage and support a variety of projects
- University degree or post-secondary education
- Minimum 3 years experience working in procurement, replenishment, inventory control
- Bilingual English/French (Oral and written)
- Advanced computer skills (strong Excel knowledge, Microsoft Office 365 suite)
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines
- Growth mindset, self-motivated and solutions-oriented attitude
