*Job Overview*
In addition to the Invoicing and Accounts Recieveable, there will also be admin and operations support to help deliver our variety of services. These duties may range from dispatching and coordination of resources and coordingating with our customers. This will be a versatile role that will help many areas of our business, with the chance to grow and take on more responsibilty.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and invoicing.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records (Visa Statements)
- Work along side payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Utilize accounting software such as Xero
*Skills*
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Experience with Xero, payworks, etc..
- Strong analytical skills for account analysis and reconciliation
- Knowledge of financial auditing procedures
- Personable and outgoing
- Self Starter, reliable and dependable
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
