Are you passionate about plant-based cuisine and eager to be part of a collaborative kitchen environment? The Cider House, a leading vegan restaurant, is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our team
**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare and cook delicious vegan dishes according to our menu standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and a cohesive team dynamic.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely service.
Assist in inventory management and food prep as needed.
Ability to work on their own and be self directed
Must be available weekends
**What We’re Looking For**:
Experience in a professional kitchen, preferably as a line cook.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
Commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Passion for cooking and a willingness to learn and grow.
