About Us

Blissful living Home Care services looking to add a full-time service coordinator to our new team

By joining us, you will be a part of organization that provides home care services at Sydney location at the Cape Breton Regional Municipality.

The service coordinator will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to both client care and service coordination. Service coordinator will work together with caregivers and family members of clients. Service coordinator will be a key member of the administrative and operations team and caregivers. They also make sure that client's needs are met appropriately and adequately.

Job responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients.

2. Serve as a first point of contact for all new service inquiries & Office administration.

3. Developing personal and lasting relationships with our caregivers, clients, and family members.

4. Contact potential healthcare facilities and grow the number of clients.

5. Coordinate/conduct care consultations, introductions, and QA visits.

6. Scheduling and Coordinating Current Employees and Customers.

7. Accurate record keeping by entering caregiver and client information.

8. Manage weekly scheduling needs.

9. Answer Field calls from Caregivers, and existing clients, and managing new client inquiries, in friendly and professional way.

10. Introduce our services and follow up with them.

11. Other duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:
1. A post-secondary school degree in a health-related field with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the health care setting.

2. Critical eye for details and innovation

3. Must have knowledge of working on computers and ability to learn management software.

4. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Have good knowledge and understanding of customer care ethics.

6. The ability to thrive in a high-paced and self-managed environment where you can put your detailed-oriented and organizational skills to good use.

7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

8. Must have valid Class 5 licence with own car and insurance.

9. Must be able to provide recent criminal background check, vulnerable sector check.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
