**Position Summary**:
Signal’s Operations Coordinator responsibilities and duties listed below are minimum requirements - additional duties as required.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Director of Operations- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
- Able to perform duties and roles of direct reports as necessary
- Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made.
- Providing staff with the necessary support and resources to effectively do their jobs to the best of their abilities.
- Coaching/Training employees as required.
- Assist in the hiring process.
- Collaborate with managers to set procedures, policies, and processes.
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure level of service is being provided.
- Interacting with internal and external customers on site cultivating a customer service relationship while striving to provide peace of mind.
- Address customer concerns and create plans to address their needs
- Complete 30/60/90 day reviews as required.
- The Ability to meet time commitments, follow instruction, follow dress code, enforce dress code.
- Ability to write detailed and accurate post orders utilizing company technology and web or app-based software
- Responsible for the care of any Signal equipment (radios, access keys/cards, vehicles, and devices, etc.)

- Project Management: Complete understanding and execution of daily tasks and efficiently delivering services that meet the needs of the business.Can you complete your daily assigned tasks and communicate maintenance needs of company assets?

**Requirements**:

- Security experience at a supervisor/management level an asset
- Alberta Security Guard Licence
- High school diploma or GE
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- Complete training modules within first month
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, employees, and clients.
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and individually, as needed.
- Ability to identify and problem solve.
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times.
