The opportunity
The Business Coordinator provides outstanding customer service through the development of relationships and delivery of administrative support by preparing, auditing, and processing lease documentation.
Communicate. Coordinate. Action. Repeat-
- Engage & interact directly with Vendors, Lessees and Account Managers to provide timely support and exceptional customer service while uncovering needs, countering, overcoming obstacles, providing quotes & communicating credit decisions- Coordinate, prepare, audit, and distribute accurate lease documentation- Ensure timely follow-up by obtaining required documentation- Conduct audits prior to funding leasing documentation, confirming all applicable standards and policies apply- Enter information into various systems, ensuring accuracy with strong attention to detail- Proactively & effectively resolve all customer inquiries while creating an unrivalled customer experience
Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from.- Post-secondary education in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and 2 years experience in a dedicated administrative role - or equivalent/relevant training and experience.-
- Bilingual in French & English is considered an asset.
