Business Intelligence Reporting Coordinator

**Summary**:
Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager, the BI Reporting Coordinator is responsible for preparing reports to drive the business. They work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, complete and present analyses that will impact the decision-making process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, prepare, and distribute accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
- Play a key role in the Standardized Reporting Initiative and continuous improvement process, rationalizing and simplifying reporting. Track status of key objectives.
- Build and execute ad hoc business and performance reports as requested by management and the business user community.
- Test and troubleshoot issues with respect to reporting and analysis as they arise.
- Support data accuracy and integrity through Data Governance decisions/rulings.
- Seek ongoing efficiencies to enhance department performance and productivity.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field is preferred.
- 2+ years in reporting and analysis background, preferably in a retail, distribution center, or merchandise planning environment.
- Strong mathematical, analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
- Must be highly organized with strong sense of urgency in executing responsibilities and flexible when business needs require immediate changes to priorities.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization including Senior Leadership.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- MS Excel power user required. Macros, VBA, Power Pivot/ Power Query is an asset.
- MS Access, SQL, and/or other database language knowledge is an asset.
- Experience in using SAP: ECC, BW, BEx Analyzer and other BI reporting tools is an asset.
