**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time
- Maintain employee records, including time sheets, vacation/sick leave, and benefits
- Handle all aspects of payroll
- Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts related to payroll
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state payroll regulations and laws
- Perform accounting duties as assigned, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze various financial reports
- Other relevant duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- A Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in Payroll Administration and/or Accounting
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 38 per week

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Payroll: 2 years (preferred)
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
