Must live in Montreal region; Training done in-person.
- Must be fluent in French and English.

iSaute® is an indoor adventure park for all ages featuring trampolines, ninja warrior courses, dodgeball, climbing structures, laser mazes, virtual reality games, and more - all under one roof.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Fluently bilingual in French and English - oral/written/comprehension
- Outgoing
- Excellent listener
- Customer service experience - call centre experience is an asset
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic
- Ability to work within a team - proactive and dependable
- Computer skills (using search databases, typing, etc.)

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Outbound calling to businesses.
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.

**Job Types**: Part-time / full-time (permanent)

Schedule:

- Work hours are between Monday and Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM (schedule is flexible)

Compétences et expérience:

- Parfaitement bilingue français et anglais - oral/écrit/compréhension
- Extraverti
- Excellentes compétences en communication dans les deux langues (par téléphone et/ou courriel)
- Excellente écoute
- Expérience en service à la clientèle - l'expérience en centre d'appels est un atout
- Attitude positive et éthique de travail professionnelle
- Capacité à travailler au sein d'une équipe - proactif et fiable
- Compétences informatiques (utilisation de bases de données de recherche, dactylographie, etc.)

Responsabilités et tâches:

- Entrer en contact avec des entreprises externes
- Répondre aux appels et aux courriels par rapport à nos programmes, promotions et anniversaires, procéder aux réservations et aux divers services
- Assister les autres membres de l’équipe avec des transactions si nécessaire

Type d’emploi: temps-partiel (permanent)

Rémunération additionnelle: Commission avec le programme d’appels sortants aux entreprises

Horaire:

- Les heures de travail se situent du lundi au dimanche, de 9h à 1800h (horaire flexible)
- Possibilité de travail à distance
