**What You’ll Be Cooking Up**:
As a Supervisor/Chef de Partie, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our banquet events run smooth while always ensuring quality and consistency. You'll work closely with our Executive and Sous Chefs, guiding the team, inspiring greatness, and ensuring that each guest’s dining experience is as unforgettable as our warm DoubleTree cookie.
This is not just a job—this is a kitchen adventure One minute, you’ll be dazzling guests with presentation skills, the next, you’ll be training and developing our amazing team. Hours will range between 32-40+ per week, and no two days will be the same.
**What We’re Looking For**:
We need an experienced commercial cook who can handle the heat. You’ll be a guiding force in the kitchen, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and safety are all 5-star. Plus, you’ll show off your leadership skills by coaching the team and helping them become the best they can be
**Your Recipe for Success**:
- 3-5 years of commercial cooking experience (with extra points for multi-cuisine expertise)
- Leadership that inspires greatness (and maybe the occasional high-five)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills (because you’re cool under pressure)
- A knack for problem-solving and keeping things running smoothly
- Up to date on provincial health and safety regulations, because safety never goes out of style
- Experience as a supervisor? That’s a big plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.41-$19.25 per hour
