We are seeking a skilled Catering Supervisor - Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Caraway Express Ltd. (Catering Kitchen). This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of $60,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring minimal waste and optimal resource utilization.
- Ensure that food quality and service meet or exceed customer expectations, addressing any complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on key performance indicators, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Degree equivalent to secondary (high) school graduation certificate; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with catering operations, kitchen management, and food safety protocols.
