**Who You Are**: You are a dynamic and driven marketing guru with a passion for the natural skincare industry and a proven track record in digital marketing. With 3-5 years of experience under your belt, you possess strong skills in Shopify management, social media campaign development, and digital advertising. You are a creative visionary who can expertly oversee a multitude of initiatives, including photoshoots and video production, and your proficiency with Photoshop and basic photography helps you maintain our brand's compelling visual identity. Your analytical mind excels at interpreting marketing data to refine strategies and drive success. As a leader, you inspire your team, fostering close ties with production, wholesale, and management to ensure seemless execution of branding and campaigns. Your prior experience with trade shows and/or customer-facing events along with your ability to pivot strategies as needed demonstrate your versatility and deep understanding of market dynamics. Goal-oriented and team-driven, you are the leader of our marketing efforts, ready to elevate our brand to new heights.
**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**
- Manage daily postings, reels and stories on Instagram and Facebook
- Engage actively with comments, direct messages, and new accounts.
- Create and report on social media metrics, assessing growth and engagement.
**Advertising**
- Plan, create, oversee and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Analyze ad performance and make necessary adjustments for optimization.
- Build and present monthly reports on campaign performance and plan future campaigns.
**Customer Interaction**
- Manage website live chat functionality, interacting with customers to resolve queries and enhance their buying experience.
**Sales and Promotion Oversight**
- Publish product reviews, track sales data, communicate with retail sales team about performance against goals, and strategize promotions to meet revenue objectives.
- Regularly update the website to feature current promotions, new products, and seasonal collections.
- Oversee and execute quarterly initiatives, including Accessible Soap for All campaigns
**Communications and Customer Insights**
- Coordinate and send bi-monthly B2B newsletters and regular B2C newsletters highlighting product launches, promotions, and product features.
- Develop, distribute and analyze customer surveys to inform strategic decisions, improve product offerings, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
**Product Management**
- Manage all aspects of product launches including photography, website listing, and coordination with production and shipping departments.
**Content Creation**
- Plan and oversee photoshoots and video productions, including mood boarding, booking resources, and logistics management.
- Perform graphic design work and update POS signage and digital assets, as needed.
**Technical and SEO Maintenance**
- Troubleshoot ordering and website issues, and update SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Experience with eCommerce, Shopify, SEO, SEM and basic coding (HTML & CSS)
And other duties as required to fulfill the role as Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Brand Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- 3 - 5 years of proven professional experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management.
- Marketing Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and advertising systems like Meta Ads and Google Ads with relevant and up-to date training
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with a high-volume workload, multiple demands and changing/overlapping priorities.
- Highly organized and with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong people and communication skills, both oral and written
- Be a major part of the overall marketing 'think-tank', providing ideas, direction and creative influence
- Willingness to explore new ideas, experiment with different approaches, and drive continuous improvement in communication and marketing endeavors.
- Ability to creatively support other team members when developing more complex marketing initiatives
